FIRST 90 DAYS OF YOUR CAMPAIGN EXPLAINED
Welcome to Browning Associates. We are excited to begin our work together and look forward to a lasting mutually, beneficial relationship. Over two and one-half decades, our founder and partners have achieved a system of leveraging “the network” (as we refer to it) in such a way where you can capitalize on every career opportunity that might be obtainable.
Please study this document carefully as this is a precise outline for your success in this endeavor.
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Browning Associates offers two types of referrals: those who have previously been introduced to you by us and those we reach out to on your behalf via email. Typically, we provide 1-2 referrals at a time.
Our database contains resumes categorized by industry, geography, and compensation, but these individuals may not have open executive positions available and may not be aware of job opportunities for you. While many are employed, some are actively seeking new employment. We make a formal introduction via phone or email to every executive we attempt to connect you with, and in some cases, we may even construct an email on your behalf. Please note that this method does not provide a formal verbal introduction, but rather a letter submitted directly from Browning Associates using your custom email address. Those who are interested in connecting will respond to you directly.
Our proprietary database contains executives who are eager to expand their networks and are willing to speak with you, but some may not be familiar with effective networking strategies. Even with a formal introduction, some may still be unclear about the reason for your call or may ask questions about Browning Associates. Additionally, some may agree to speak with you but not keep their appointed time or may ask for contacts without offering anything in return. However, with perseverance and practice, you will become a skilled networker and learn how to turn even difficult situations into career opportunities.
Networking with unfamiliar individuals is always a challenge, but it is also an opportunity to expand your network and advance your career.
